Who we are
DISTRICT is a real estate firm in Costa Rica. We are responsible for the personal data you leave on this site. You can reach us at info@district.cr or +506 7108 1779.
What we collect
Only what you type in our forms: name, email, phone, message and, depending on the form, what you are looking for (area, budget, property type) or details of the property you want to sell. We also count how many times each listing is viewed, without recording who viewed it.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, arrange viewings, send you the properties you asked for (for example, a saved search) and follow up personally. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who else processes it
We use providers that store or send information on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They only process data to provide that service.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your saved properties are stored only in your browser.
How long we keep it
While there is a business relationship or an open inquiry, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@district.cr. Every saved-search email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact Costa Rica's data protection agency (PRODHAB).
